So, a little about me and my journey—I've always had an interest in crypto, mostly sticking to the big "safe" coins like Bitcoin and Ethereum. But at some point, I got curious about meme coins, so I decided to dive in and try my hand at making a few Solana-based tokens, hoping to hit the jackpot and make some easy money. The HoeHoeHoes i started with a similar mindset, but this time, I wanted to go further than just launching a coin and hoping for it to pump.
I needed to really understand the ins and outs of what makes a project succeed. I started to do tons of research. I had never really used Telegram or X (Twitter) much—I was a total newbie in the crypto space. But along the way, learning how to set up bots, run raids, building web sites, and develop the project, it grew on me for every hour, and it still does. It has become an obsession. I guess if you are a developer, you understand.
What started as a quick money idea has now evolved into something I want to build into a "real" project. I’m thinking about how to grow this 24/7, as a year-round endeavor, not just a Christmas meme coin. I’m always thinking about how to expand our community, how to build the brand, how to partner with others, and how to form a team when we grow.
I have many years experience as a manufacturing manager, and I’ve used lean management to create teams that deliver results. I now see that the same principles can apply for making a successful meme coin—build a strong community, and the results will follow, just trust the process.
Throughout this journey, I’ve faced plenty of setbacks. My first X account was shut down, my original Telegram was hacked and closed because I didn’t pay the hackers, and I’ve been scammed by so-called promoters. Using countless of hours, and feeling like you have to start form beginning several time is hard. But I’ve learned my lessons, and while I still have more to learn, I’m not giving up. I’m still here, still learning, and I’m in it for the long haul.
